The problem with building one character around another’s story?
It becomes incredibly hard to separate the two. Like really, impossibly hard. I tried my best to do this with Nasira and I think I succeeded somewhat with her AU paras, but once Jafar left DFD it was near impossible to continue. And I’m sorry DWRP, but I know how hard it would be for me to stick to the rules of roleplay in your group and I don’t think I can.
At first, I thought I would just convert Nasira to an indie character and play her that way, but she’s not built for that kind of roleplay, so I don’t think I can. (At least not at this moment, with this version of her.) At some point, I may choose to play the young Nasira because I really fell in love with her during the AU para, but aside from that I think my relationship with Nasira has come to a close.
I won’t be shutting down the account, in case someone wants to read old paras and such, but I will be closing the ask box, the submit box and removing links to other accounts.
I love you all. Followers can see me in all my insane glory on my personal. DFD and other RPers, you will continue to see me as Persi. (And Indian Punz and Chell and Mirela and all the others I play.)
